We will have a complete offering of Registered Full Blood meat, including premium cuts of a variety of steaks, roasts and beef jerky starting October 5, 2018. Whole steers and possibly half steers will be available. Once we recieve a deposit you will be assigned a Fullblood registration number and be able to follow that steer through the finishing process. Some of the genetics in our first steers are from Itoshigenami, Nagashiro and Sanjirou 3-39 (our bull).
We collect all carcass data and utilize the Kuchida Camera, Lipid Profiles and request USDA on-site grading at our nationally certified processor. Pictures of our carcasses will be posted so you can see exactly what you are getting. Bowman Farms is USDA certified to sell directly from our farm.
All of our cattle are treated with extreme care, respect and we use no antibiotics. Our process is as closely aligned with Japanese Wagyu traditions as possible.
