We will have a complete offering, including premium cuts of a variety of steaks, roasts and beef jerky, starting July 1, 2019. Whole steers and possibly half steers will be available. Once we recieve a deposit you will be assigned a Fullblood registration number and be able to follow that steer through the finishing process.
All of our cattle are treated with extreme care and we use no antibiotics. Our process is as closely aligned with Japanese Wagyu traditions as possible.
